We will have your purchase beautifully packaged and sent off to you within 2-4 days of purchase.

Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking number via email.

All shipping charges are non-refundable.

If shipping is to a business please include the business name and full address in the shipping information upon checkout.

Our listings include accurate measurements to help you understand the size and scale of each item. Vintage items may have visible imperfections, which we photograph for your review. Please examine all details carefully before making a purchase.

We handle returns on a case-by-case basis and reserve the right to refuse them. Please note that we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your item, and the item must be returned within 14 days of return confirmation. All items should be in their original condition and packaging.

Postage costs are non-refundable, and you will need to cover return shipping. We recommend using a trackable service, as we cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged returns.

Postage within Australia is charged at $12 for all parcels. We ship via Australia Post Express so you your parcel will arrive 1-3 days after dispatch.

Purchases over $200 are eligible for free shipping.

International shipping is charged at AU$55 for all parcels. We ship with Australia Post Express International so expect your parcel within 6-9 days.

Purchases over AU$400 are eligible for free postage.
